SLMPD Homicide Detectives need the public's assistance in locating the occupant(s) and the vehicle.

Homicide Detectives need assistance locating the vehicle in the attached photos relative to the below incident. The vehicle is believed to be a newer model, 4-door, royal blue Chevy Equinox. It was being driven by a black male accompanied by a second black male in the front passenger seat. The occupant(s) of the vehicle should be considered armed & dangerous.  

Officers responded to a call for a “Shooting”  on July 30,2022 in the 4400 block of Forest Park Ave and located the victim later identified as Tyrone Roseburrow  on the sidewalk, suffering from puncture wounds. EMS transported the victim to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

The Major Case Activation in Madison County Illinois

On Friday, June 10, 2022 the Madison Police Department requested the activation of the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis for a homicide that occurred at the Madison Meat Market located at 308 Madison Avenue in Madison, Illinois.

On Thursday, June 9, 2022 at approximately 11:03 PM Madison Police Officers were dispatched to the business for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, a 28-year-old male was located in a vehicle on the parking lot suffering from injuries sustained from a gunshot wound. The victim, later identified as Reginald P. Beasley III of East St. Louis, Illinois, was transported to a St. Louis area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. A second 35-year-old male suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound during the incident. He received medical treatment at a local hospital and was released.

The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis is requesting assistance identifying a black in color passenger vehicle involved in this case. The vehicle possibly has a white defect on the hood.

Leaving the Scene of an Accident

Detectives need public assistance with identifying/locating a suspect vehicle relative to a leaving the scene of an accident at 8:48 p.m. on 4/18/21 near Hampton and Columbia. One victim (#1) was driving northbound on Hampton approaching Columbia when the suspect vehicle, which was driving southbound, attempted to make a U-turn onto northbound Hampton and struck the victim's vehicle on the driver's side. A second victim's vehicle was also struck by the suspect vehicle.   

The suspect vehicle is a red four-door sedan, possibly a Hyundai Elantra. Victim #1 was pregnant and complained of abdominal pain however she declined medical treatment at the time. In the days following the incident, she was evaluated, and it was determined on 5/6/21 that the victim was no longer pregnant likely due to the accident.
