Illinois State Police (ISP) are investigating a double homicide that occurred Monday, April 6, 2020 at approximately 8:45 PM, on Interstate 64 at milepost 3. Preliminary investigation indicates the victims identified as Alando P. Harris and Cedric R. Gibson, were shot while traveling westbound on Interstate 64 near milepost 3.
