On February 28 2015, at approximately 12:25 A.M. Kayla Troupe was leaving Nick’s Bar and Grill (located at 7907 N. Broadway) with a friend. As Troupe crossed the street, she was struck by an unknown vehicle. The friend who accompanied Troupe reported seeing only headlights. Based upon debris located near the scene, the suspected vehicle is believed to be a newer model Kia, black in color. Evidence indicates the vehicle traveled south on N. Broadway from the scene.
