On Wednesday, May 30, 2007, at approximately 12:05 p.m. the bodies of Raffiel D. Wade, age 30 and Tommy E. Foster, age 25 (not pictured) were discovered by a family member inside a residence located at 1319 Boismenue Avenue, East St. Louis, Illinois. Both victims had been shot numerous times.
