On May 29, 2019 at approximately 6:23 AM Officers received a call for a “shooting” in the 5000 block of Robin Ave. Officers located victim Tashea Loper in the yard of a vacant residence, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was seen arguing with a black male moments prior to the fatal shooting.
