On September 28, 2009 at approximately 3:50 pm victim Toriano Porter along with two additional victims were standing on the sidewalk in front of 4873 St. Louis Ave. While at this location, the group was approached by two unknown black males who began firing shots at them. As a result victim Porter sustained numerous injuries and died at the scene.
