On November 1, 2010 Victim Travis Parker was walking west down the 1500 block of Washington Ave. around 2:30 a.m. when a red Grand Prix drove up to him and stopped. A suspect, described as a black male, early 20’s with ear-length dreadlocks died blond at the tips, got out of the car and started shooting. The suspect got into a different car, described as a Green Ford Taurus which pulled behind the Grand Prix and fled west on Washington Ave. The victim was struck multiple times, and died at an area hospital a short time later.
