On April 15, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. officers received a call to the 2700 block of Hadley for a “shooting” and discovered a shooting scene inside the apartment. Officers discovered three victims who had been shot. Two of the victims, Shan Quinn and Gina Smith died at the scene from gunshot wounds. A third victim survived and was admitted to an area hospital suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
