On September 16, 2009 the victim’s mother was leaving for work and opened the garage, when three masked gunmen forced her back into her home. They forced the victim’s mother to take them to where her son was sleeping. One of the suspects shot the victim as he opened his bedroom door. The three suspects known only as Black, Males, left on foot by 5:30 a.m. last seen running toward Pohlman Rd., in the Seven Hills area of Florissant.
