On November 23, 2006, at 6:00 PM the victims Tyrone Cartwright and Jerome Robinson were in a vehicle at the intersection of Lillian and Union when the passengers of a red SUV began firing at them. Both victims were struck by gunfire. Robinson drove eastbound on W. Florissant to escape as the red SUV pursued them. As their vehicle entered the intersection of N. Grand and W. Florissant it struck two other vehicles and came to a stop in the intersection. The red SUV pulled alongside of the victim’s car and its passengers continued firing into the vehicle. The red SUV then fled south on N. Grand.
